Stacy Lentz is the co-founder and CEO of the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI), a nonprofit organization inspired by the historic Stonewall Inn and dedicated to carrying its legacy of equality, hope and belonging forward for a new generation.

A co-owner of the Stonewall Inn, Stacy has spent more than two decades at the intersection of business, advocacy and culture. She has helped preserve the legacy of one of the world's most important LGBTQ+ landmarks while using its platform to advance equality and help create safer, more welcoming spaces for LGBTQ+ communities everywhere.

Before co-founding SIGBI, Stacy built her career as an entrepreneur, marketing executive and business leader. Her experience building brands, navigating crises and creating partnerships across the corporate, nonprofit and cultural worlds has shaped her approach to leadership: courageous, collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we bring more people into the conversation.

Through SIGBI, Stacy works with corporations, community organizations and grassroots leaders to expand safe spaces, invest in LGBTQ+ communities and ensure that the spirit of Stonewall reaches far beyond Christopher Street. Under her leadership, SIGBI has developed programs and partnerships designed to turn allyship into meaningful action and support communities where equality remains out of reach.

A nationally recognized speaker, advocate and podcast host, Stacy speaks on leadership, resilience, belonging, LGBTQ+ history and the power of human connection. She is the host of SIGBI's Make Room for More: Reservations Welcome, where she brings together leaders, advocates and cultural voices for conversations about equality, allyship and how we create a world where more people feel they belong.

Stacy's work and advocacy have been featured in national and international media, and she has collaborated with leading companies, organizations and cultural institutions throughout her career.
