Stephanie R Gayle, Executive Producer VH1 and SVP, Monami Entertainment

Director - Stephanie R Gayle is Executive Producer for VH1's highest rated docu-franchise "Love & Hip Hop" and serves as SVP, Current for Monami Entertainment.  Stephanie's journey began in the A&R Dept. at Geffen Records, which led her to a 10 year stint at Columbia Records. where she served as Vice President of Marketing. She was named one of Advertising Age's 100 Top Marketers of 1999 for the marketing of The Miseducation of Lauren Hill album and also headed the Marketing Department at Sanctuary Urban Records.  Gayle has been influential in the careers of Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Destiny's Child, Beyonce, Da Brat and many others and also oversaw Beyonce's L'oreal Paris campaign while at famed modeling agency, Wilhelmina Models. Stephanie has been with the Love & Hip Hop franchise from its inception and is currently executive producer for all series installments - "Love & Hip Hop: New York", "Atlanta", Hollywood" and "Miami" plus subsequent spinoffs, reunion shows and specials.
